Where is my order ?

Don't worry, if you haven't received the package yet, please try the following ways to find the package before contacting customer service:
1. Confirm that your delivery address is correct, go to the "Track Your Order" page on the Annajevoli official website and confirm the delivery details of your order.
How can I return items?
All returns are refunded to your original payment method. If 21 days have gone pass since your receipt of purchase, unfortunately we can not offer you a refund or exchange.
Note: Any merchandise marked "Final Sale" cannot be returned. Non-returnable merchandise include final sale products, swimwear and gift cards. Shoes must be repacked in their shoe box(es) and placed in a protective box. We reserve the right to refuse any exchange that does not meet our requirements including any signs of wear. How long does it take for the refund to be processed?
Returns will be processed within 10 business days upon receipt of your package, as we need to check the status of the returned items, and what we need to improve. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
