Q: What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit/debit cards, PayPal, Klarna (Pay in 3), and Apple Pay.

Q: Can I change or cancel my order?
Once placed, orders are processed quickly. Contact us at support@annajevoli.com within 1 hour, and we’ll do our best to help.

2. Shipping & Delivery

Q: How long does UK delivery take?

  • Standard: 2–4 working days

  • Express: 1–2 working days

  • Next Day (order before 2pm): Next working day

Q: Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we currently ship to the EU and USA. Delivery times are 5–10 working days. Customs/import duties may apply.

3. Returns & Exchanges

Q: How do I return an item?
Email returns@annajevoli.com with your order number. You have 14 days from delivery to return items in original condition.

Q: Are any items non-returnable?
For hygiene reasons, we can’t accept returns on jewellery, lingerie, or sale items.

Q: Can I exchange instead of a refund?
Yes — if the item/size you need is in stock. Otherwise, you’ll receive a refund.

Q: How do I know which size to order?
Check our Size Guide (linked on every product page). We also list model height and size in product descriptions.

Q: Do your items run true to size?
Most pieces are true to size. For oversized or bodycon fits, we’ll note this on the product page.

No — only one discount code can be applied per order.
